Riverbend Hill Country Homes is owned and operated by Vanessa Harris, a native Texan who lives in Dripping Springs with her family.
Vanessa brings a background in luxury hospitality, project leadership, and design-build collaboration that now shapes the way Riverbend approaches residential construction.
Vanessa was involved in all phases of construction across multiple high-end multi-million dollar hospitality projects and worked closely with general contractors, architects, consultants, and project teams throughout the process. Her experience extended beyond operations into real collaboration on design, planning, construction execution, and the overall design-build process.
That perspective now drives the way Riverbend helps homeowners move through custom homes, major renovations, guest houses, and additions with stronger clarity, better communication, and a more complete understanding of how a finished space should feel and function.
